Walk summary
Third walking day of trip after two hard days on Y Garn to Carnedd y Filiast ridge on Thursday and Foel Goch & Gallt yr Ogof yesterday.
I had intended a complete rest day but after spending the whole morning and most of the afternoon sat in the hostel lounge editing photographs I decided I needed to get out and loosen up stiffening legs and tightening back due to sitting around as opposed to being over tired.
It was a good call it got me out giving me a chance to mobilise and stretch out muscles and inspect tomorrows walk from the south along Moel Eilio to Moel Cynghorion ridge from the south and more importantly pick off an isolated Nuttall that would not ordinarily justify allocating a single full walking day.
